Conditions of stay

  1. To reserve the room you can contact us by e-mail or by phone. Your name, surname, residential address, telephone number and e-mail address will be requested and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
  2. The confirmation e-mail summarizes all the booking data that are considered accepted at the time of the payment of the deposit which will be equal to 30% of the stay; only telephone confirmations are not accepted as the booking data cannot be documented. Requests subsequent to booking are considered valid if received via email or chat and accepted with feedback from us.
  3. The cancellation policies that are considered accepted by sending the 30% confirmatory deposit are the following:

     In case of cancellation:

    - up to 15 days from arrival, we give the possibility of a Voucher for a reservation of at least the same amount during the current season or possibly also in the following one (winter / summer)
    - from 14 to 8 days before arrival, the penalty is 50%
    - NO SHOW from 7 days to the day of arrival 100%
    - for any interruption of the stay, nothing is due to a refund 

    COVID-19 In any period, in the event of proven impossibility due to cancellation for Covid-19, both personally and due to blocking of transfers at national level, a Voucher valid for 18 months will be recognized for a booking of at least equal amount.

    INSURANCE In all cases, we strongly recommend that you insure your holiday to cover travel cancellations or interruptions with Care4UHotel at:......

  4. The payment of the stay and extras takes place at the end of the stay and can be made in cash, checks or by credit / debit card. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
  5. Prices and discounts are indicative, in certain periods they may be subject to reductions or increases. For this reason, the booking confirmation e-mail we send is valid, showing the price of the stay as per the proposed estimate.
  6. The room is delivered after 14:30 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  7. When booking, we cannot confirm the room number, floor, exact size and location.
  8. Half board includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, drinks and additional services excluded. It is possible to have lunch at the hotel restaurant and, in this case, the meal is charged as an extra, lunch or dinner booked but not taken are still counted.
  9. All services not indicated in the "included in the price" are to be considered extra.
  10. For anything not specified above, reference is made to the "Hotel Uses" issued by the Trento Chamber of Commerce. 

General conditions:

  • Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2 from 14 years of age
  • Prices in half board per room, drinks not included,
  • Possibility to have lunch to be decided from day to day to be paid extra
  • For stays of less than 5 nights we will send you a quote on request
  • Meals and services included but not used are not refunded
  • Prices are indicative, only the estimates prepared by our staff are valid

The rooms proposed in the estimates are never considered optioned or confirmed until the confirmation deposit has been paid.
