General Terms and Conditions

1. To book your room, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. We need the following information from you: First and last name, home address, telephone number and e-mail address. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail.
2. The confirmation email summarises all the booking details. Once you have paid the deposit of 30% of the total amount, the booking is confirmed. Telephone-only confirmations will not be accepted as the booking details cannot be traced. Post-booking enquiries are considered valid when received by email or chat and confirmed by us.
3. Our cancellation conditions, which are considered accepted with the transfer of the deposit of 30%, are as follows:

• In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but we will issue a voucher for the amount paid, which can be used in the current or following season (winter/summer).
  
  
• In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount of the stay is due
• In the event of an interruption of the stay, no refund is provided

Reise-Stornoschutz-Versicherung

We recommend you to insure your holiday. At a price of 4.8% of the total amount of your stay, cancellations, travel interruptions or curtailments are covered. By taking out Care4You insurance, you are protected both in terms of cancellation costs and the deposit (which will be refunded to you minus the excess).
The insurance cover must be booked within 48 hours of the booking confirmation of the stay and must cover the entire amount of the stay.

1. Payment for the stay and extras is made at the end of the stay and is accepted in cash, by cheque or credit/debit card. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
2. The prices and discounts are indicative and may increase or decrease in certain periods. For this reason, the booking confirmation that we send by e-mail and that contains the price for the stay according to the offer is considered valid.
3. Your room will be ready for you from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am at the latest.
4. When booking, we cannot confirm the room number, floor, exact size and location.
5. Half board includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner. Drinks and additional services are not included. It is possible to have lunch in the hotel restaurant. In this case, the meal will be charged separately; any lunch or dinner booked but not consumed will still be charged.
6. All services not listed under "included in the price" are to be regarded as extras.
7. For anything not specified in these conditions of stay, please refer to the "Usi alberghieri" published by the Trento Chamber of Commerce.

General conditions:

    - The prices do not include local tax, which is € 2.00 from the age of 14
    - Prices in half board per room, excluding drinks
    - Lunch can be booked on a daily basis for an additional charge
    - For stays of less than 5 nights we will send you an offer on request
    - Meals and services not utilised will not be refunded.
    - The prices are indicative, only the offers made by us are valid.

The rooms proposed in the offers are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
