  • Accepted payment methods

    We accept cash up to the legally permitted amounts, cheques, ATM payments or Visa and Mastercard credit cards as payment methods.
    We do not accept payments with American Express.

     

  • What do I have to do to confirm a booking?

    To book your room, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. We need the following information from you: First and last name, home address, telephone number and e-mail address. We will then send you a confirmation email summarising all the booking details. Once you have paid the deposit of 30% of the total amount, the booking is confirmed. Telephone-only confirmations will not be accepted as the booking details cannot be traced.
    Post-booking enquiries are considered valid when received by email and confirmed by us.

  • What cancellation conditions apply?

    Our cancellation conditions, which are considered accepted with the transfer of the deposit of 30%, are as follows:

    - In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but we will issue a voucher for the amount paid, which can be used in the current or following season (winter/summer).
    - In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount of the stay is due
    - In the event of an interruption of the stay, no refund is provided

    Travel cancellation insurance
    We recommend you to insure your holiday. At a price of 4.8% of the total amount of your stay, cancellations, travel interruptions or curtailments are covered. By taking out Care4You insurance, you are protected both in terms of cancellation costs and the deposit (which will be refunded to you minus the excess).

  • Do you insure our holiday?

    Of course, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your carefree holiday.

    Late arrival, cancellation or interruption of your stay will incur administrative charges.
    To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

    It protects you in the event of:

    - Cancellation due to illness or serious accident of the guest for whom the stay was booked
    - Serious accident or sudden serious emergency resulting in hospitalisation of a member of the guest's family
    - Serious damage (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest's property (house, flat) requiring their presence

    In each of the above cases, a certificate stating the reason for cancellation must be presented (medical certificate/police certificate, etc.).
    The service applies exclusively to the cancellation of the entire stay and cannot be claimed in the event of late arrival or early departure.

  • What time can we check-in?

    Your room will be ready for you from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am at the latest.

     

     

  • Is a late check-out possible?

    On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am at the latest.

    A late check-out until 6:00 pm can be arranged for a surcharge of 45.00 euros per person, provided the room is available.

  • When do we have to check-out?

    Payment for the stay and extras is made at the end of the stay and is accepted in cash, by cheque or credit/debit card.

     Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

  • Is the restaurant open for lunch?

    The restaurant is only open for lunch by prior reservation and at an extra charge

  • What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

    These are the restaurant opening hours:

    Breakfast 7:30 - 10:00 am
    Lunch 12:30 – 1:30 pm
    Dinner 7:30 – 8:30 pm

  • Are allergies and intolerances taken into account?

    We are happy to cater for any intolerances and allergies, provided they are communicated to us at the time of booking.
    We do not have AIC certification (Associazione Italiana Celiachia = Italian Coeliac Association), but we work with our guests on a daily basis to offer the right dish for everyone.

     

  • Is the hotel affiliated with restaurants in the neighbourhood?

    In winter:
    You can buy vouchers for lunch at the participating mountain huts at our reception

    Ask for our lunch basket with sandwiches, water and fruit in both summer and winter.

  • What does the restaurant offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

    Our restaurant offer includes:

    - Breakfast buffet, choice of menu for lunch and dinner (please let us know when booking if you would like a vegetarian menu or if you have any allergies or intolerances)
    - Once a week dinner with specialities from Trentino
    - Children's meals on request at no extra charge and personalised baby food prepared according to parents' instructions.

    BREAKFAST:
    A rich buffet awaits you, leaving nothing to be desired: Fruit juices, organic products, homemade cakes, yoghurt, muesli and fruit.

    LUNCH:
    Lunch is served and can be booked individually each day.

    DINNER:
    Dinner is served and offers a choice of three starters, three main courses, a rich antipasti buffet and vegetarian dishes.

  • Is complementary food prepared for the very youngest children?

    Our kitchen staff are available to prepare complementary baby food, special baby food should be provided by the parents.
    It is possible to have dinner with the infants at 7:00 pm.

  • Are animals welcome?

    
    

    In summer

    Your four-legged friend is very welcome. However, access to communal areas such as the restaurant, bar, mini club and wellness centre is not permitted.  
    If you are travelling with your pet, please note that dog owners are liable for any damage caused by their dog. Any damage will be charged at the end of your stay.
    Obligation to present the EU pet passport!

    In winter

    We are sorry, we cannot welcome animals in winter.

  • From what age is the mini club accessible?

    From the age of three, children are allowed to attend the mini club.

    Our kitchen staff are available to prepare complementary baby food, special baby food should be provided by the parents.
    It is possible to have dinner with the infants at 7:00 pm.

  • Is there a special children's menu?

    For older children, you can add to the menu what you like to eat at no extra charge (pasta with tomato sauce, meat sauce or pesto, tortellini, vegetable or other soups, Viennese Schnitzel with chips)

  • What services are offered for an additional charge?

    Some services are available at an extra charge:
     
    - Full board: It is possible to pre-book lunch the evening before (available from 12:30 – 1:30 pm), also for individual days
